01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phwin99 ("phwin99," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://phwin99.app (the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on phwin99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your phwin99 username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your registered email address and payment information, remain accurate and up to date.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying phwin99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phwin99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to you notifying us of unauthorized access will be treated as having been authorized by you.

phwin99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phwin99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phwin99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

Deposits are credited to your phwin99 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phwin99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which phwin99 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have passed full identity and age verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
3. Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be initiated.
4. phwin99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts above certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
5. phwin99 does not charge withdrawal fees. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are completed within the same business day.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phwin99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable across all phwin99 promotions include:

• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phwin99 platform — including Fortune Rabbit, Andar Bahar, Gold Toad Fishing, Spirit Party, Pappu, Zuma Dragon, and Go Goal Bingo — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness.

By participating in any game on phwin99, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by phwin99 or any third party.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phwin99's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or display glitches — void all affected game rounds. Any wagers placed during a technical malfunction will be refunded to your account balance.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any phwin99 game is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwin99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the phwin99 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any phwin99 software or game code.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phwin99 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your phwin99 account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the phwin99 Platform — including but not limited to the phwin99 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of phwin99 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phwin99 content without prior written consent.
• Use the phwin99 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on any phwin99 content or software.
• Use any phwin99 content for commercial purposes of any kind.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwin99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond phwin99's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including game RTPs and promotional terms.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or force majeure events.

phwin99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwin99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phwin99's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

phwin99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

phwin99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to pass identity, age, or source-of-funds verification.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Suspected use of automated tools, bots, or collusion strategies.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Your own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, phwin99 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, phwin99 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations. If no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phwin99 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your phwin99 account or gaming experience, we encourage you to follow the process below:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the phwin99 customer support team via live chat or email. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phwin99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phwin99 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the phwin99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
